Voice of your Customer
Last night received a great feedback about one of my product’s called as LaunchItNow. Customer letting me know how easy it was to setup everything and how he enjoyed launching his page. What really matter here was the feedback of his which a sort of satisfied and made me happy that it added a value to his life.
The voice of your customer is basically the ultimate decider of your product or service existence.
Its very important to ask your customer feedback, asking for customer feedback can provide extremely valuable insight for your business and products. Just to give you an example, at the launch of each page, i as the founder send them email asking them their views on how they felt when they used the system and i normally get some amazing feedback via it.
I love the simplicity of Launch.It.Now. You’ve done a great job making it easy for people like me. I made a Viral launch page for a consumer internet based product of mine which is still in development. I happened to check your site, used it and i liked it, Great Job.
I wish we could do more… I’m going to use this one out until I can do more.
When you get customer feedback, it always allows you to better understand your customers’ needs and concerns. This information can help you go above and beyond the call of duty and exceed customers’ expectations.
Not being in tune with your customers is like living in an alternate reality; the way you think your customers feel about your product is not always the same as what your customers really think about your product.
A dissatisfied customer may tell five or six other people about his bad experience, which could harm your company’s reputation and have an effect on market share and profits. Feedback allows you to correct these problems.
Some customers will not tell you they are unhappy with your product or service; they will just stop doing business with you. A situation such as this can be avoided when feedback is requested.
Feedback allows you to correct product deficiencies and inefficiencies. A defective product could cause an injury and lead to a lawsuit. Class action lawsuits can cost a company millions of dollars.
Your business will make more money if your customers are happier. But how do you keep your customers happy? How do you even know what your customers like or dislike about your product?
Simply Ask them.
At the end i will simply quote this:
There is only one boss: the customer. And he can fire everybody in the company from the chairman on down, simply by spending his money somewhere else. ~ Sam Walton
