Reads:

1. From the lines of Howard Roark / Ayn Rand

Every great new thought was opposed….
Every great new invention was denounced….
the first motor was considered foolish….
The airplane was considered impossible….
Anesthesia was considered sinful.
But the men of unborrowed vision went ahead. they fought,
they suffered and they paid. but they won.”

2. My Approach towards Life
If you have a believe in your dreams they may come true,
But if you believe in your self they will definitely come true.. ?

A true inspiration on how one should live
Randolph Frederick “Randy” Pausch (October 23, 1960 — July 25, 2008) was an American professor of computer science and human-computer interaction and design at Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Pausch learned that he had a terminal case of pancreatic cancer in September 2006. He gave an upbeat lecture entitled “The Last Lecture: Really Achieving Your Childhood Dreams” on September 18, 2007 at Carnegie Mellon. May God Rest His soul in peace, Ameen.

3. The World Can Be Won

The World Can Be Won
Do not let your fire go out,
spark by an irreplaceable spark,
in the hopeless swamps of the approximate,
the not-quite, the not-yet, the not-at-all.

Do not let the hero in your soul perish,
in lonely frustration for the life you deserved,
but have never been able to reach.

Check your road and the nature of your battle.
The world you desired can be won.
It exists, it is real, it is possible, it is yours.

4. Make a difference for others
The people who make a difference in your life are not the ones with the most credentials, the most money, or the most awards. They are the ones who care for you. Only those who care, make a difference. To make a difference to others, care for them.

5. We Choose How We Live
All men and women are born, live, suffer and die; What distinguishes us one from another is our dreams. Whether they be dreams about worldly or unworldly things, and what we do to make them come about. We do not choose to be born. We do not choose our parents. We do not choose our historical epoch, the country of our birth, or the immediate circumstances of our upbringing. We do not, most of us, choose to die; nor do we choose the time and conditions of our death. But within this realm of choicelessness, We do choose how to live.

6. Treasure Within you

Treasure Within you
The treasure is not in
What you own,
What you wear,
How you look,
or in your worldly accomplishments.

The treasure is within you.
It only needs to be uncovered and discovered.

You Must Find It ?

7. F Square Principle
Being on the Startup World from around 4 years from now, I Learned that every one needs to have a “F Square” Implementation over there startups.

F1 = First —> F2 = Fast

The reason why everyone should follow these is because if your are First then you can verify your model which is very important in the case of startup’s. And If you are Fast then that’s an added bonus, since if your startup gets verified then you are the first to roll out the idea and gets most out of it.

8. Just a Random thought

Take the whole responsibility on your own shoulders.
Know that you are the creator of your own destiny.
All the strength and succor you want is within yourselves.
Stand up. Be bold. Be strong.
Make your own future.

Happenings:

1. December 3, 2011 : Identifi switching Gears

A Major update to the idea has been made: “IDENTIFI provides organizations with cloud based solutions to manage their Human Resource functions and employee careers. Solutions range from pre-employment assessments to building developmental plans for existing employees. Our data driven approach enables organizations to leverage their raw talent data to make better hiring, talent development and deployment decisions”.

2. December 6 2011: IDENTIFI got mention at Techcrunch

Glad to announce that IDENTIFI has now been mentioned over at Tech Crunch.

Founder Institute companies have averaged about $2.5 million for their series A raises, the largest of which was $5 million. While the Institute has produced entrepreneurs that have gone on to found companies like Cake Health, I-DISP, Identifii, Kaliki, Rentcycle, and Udemy, Founder Institute has yet to produce high-valuation companies like Dropbox and Airbnb — both of which are Y Combinator graduates and have raised over $100 million.
